Who we share information with

Under strictly controlled conditions data may also be shared with:

  • Contractors/Suppliers/Appointed Agents of Dunalastair Estate Holiday Cottages
  • Organisations - when required by law for the purpose of the prevention or detection of crime.
  • Our booking management system is provided by Supercontrol (www.supercontrol.co.uk). When you make a booking your personal information including payment information, will be processed by Supercontrol and we will be passed the booking information. We will never have access to your payment information.
  • Our Newsletters are sent through Mailchimp (www.mailchimp.com). If you have opted in to receive our Newsletters then your personal information will be shared with mailchimp for this purpose.
  • If you have opted to sign up to the cancellation refund service then your personal information will be shared with Booking Protect (www.bookingprotect.com) for this purpose.

When we allow access to your information, we will always have complete control of what contractors/suppliers see, what they are allowed to do with it, and how long they can have access to it.

Disclosure of your information

In addition we may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

  • If we are required to do so by law, any applicable regulation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.
  • This may include disclosing to other companies and organisations in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

We do not sell or share your personal information with any other organisations for Commercial purposes.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure, encrypted servers within the EEA. All transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

We take your privacy very seriously, and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, but please be aware that any data which you send to our site is sent at your own risk.
