How to find us

STOP PRESS  The road, B846, that runs through the estate is currently closed (Feb/Mar 2012) due to public water works.  However, all of our residents or guests have a right of access to and from their cottages.  There might be short hold ups but the workmen are usually helpful and move out of the way as soon as they can.  For all cottages except East Lodge and Tuim Cottage, you would be advised to come into the glen from the A9 at the Calvine turnoff.

We are situated between Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch and approximately 18 miles due west of Pitlochry (roughly 40 minutes by car but the cottages are scattered around the estate so times vary slightly). From Pitlochry you can take either the B8019 to Tummel Bridge and from there on towards Dunalastair (signposted Kinloch Rannoch) on the B846 or, if coming from the north, you can leave the A9 at Calvine and follow the B847 south through Trinafour. Detailed directions with post codes and where to find the keys will be sent on booking.

Important:  Although a bridge is marked by Bridge Cottage, there is no bridge there now and therefore no access from the north side at that point.  Access to the cottage is from the Schiehallion road on the south side of Dunalastair Water/Loch.

Please note there is no fuel in Rannoch so you are advised to fill up in Pitlochry, Aberfeldy or Blair Atholl before coming to Rannoch.
